While seating in the bench, a male member shall have to wear black Nepali cap, Nepali Labeda Suruwal, black coat  and black shoes and a female member shall have to wear a full blouse (Choubandi Choli), sari and black shoes. Provided that, this Rule shall not be applied at the time of
mourning (Ashoch).
